Cancellation by GLAMORA Cart

We may cancel your order in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Pricing or product description error
  • Delivery PIN code is not serviceable
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)

In case of cancellation by us: You will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or via bank transfer for COD orders.

  • Unused items with original tags and packaging intact
  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
  • Damaged products (reported within 48 hours)

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Refund Amount Details

  • Full Refund: Product price + GST (if applicable)
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless return is due to our error (defective/wrong product)

  • Promotional Discounts: Will be adjusted proportionally

Refund for Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery via email with photos
  2. We will arrange a free pickup within 3-5 business days
  3. Full refund (including original shipping charges) within 5-7 business days after pickup
  4. Alternatively, we can send a replacement at no extra cost

Track Your Refund

Once your refund is processed, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with refund reference number
  • SMS notification when refund is initiated
  • For COD refunds: Bank transfer confirmation via email
