Cancellation by GLAMORA Cart
We may cancel your order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product description error
- Delivery PIN code is not serviceable
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
In case of cancellation by us: You will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or via bank transfer for COD orders.

How to Return

Pack the Item
Pack item in original packaging with all tags attached
Pickup/Drop
Our courier will collect within 3-5 days, or drop at nearest courier point
Items Eligible for Return
- Unused items with original tags and packaging intact
- Items returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
- Damaged products (reported within 48 hours)
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Free gifts or promotional items
Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Amount Details
- Full Refund: Product price + GST (if applicable)
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless return is due to our error (defective/wrong product)
- COD Charges: Non-refundable
- Promotional Discounts: Will be adjusted proportionally
Refund for Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery via email with photos
- We will arrange a free pickup within 3-5 business days
- Full refund (including original shipping charges) within 5-7 business days after pickup
- Alternatively, we can send a replacement at no extra cost
Track Your Refund
Once your refund is processed, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with refund reference number
- SMS notification when refund is initiated
- For COD refunds: Bank transfer confirmation via email
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeline, please contact us with your order number and refund reference.
Important Information
⚠️ Note: Refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing time. This is beyond our control.

- IFSC code
- Bank name and branch
