5. Products & Pricing

5.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, minor variations in handcrafted items are normal, and product availability is subject to change without notice. Each product listing includes the product name, price (inclusive of GST), available sizes/variants, and stock availability.

5.2 Pricing & GST Compliance

All prices displayed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any typographical errors in pricing will be rectified, and orders may be cancelled.

5.3 No Misleading Discounts

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, all discount claims displayed on our Website are genuine and based on actual MRP or previous selling prices. We do not engage in inflating prices before applying discounts. Original prices (MRP) are clearly displayed alongside discounted prices where applicable.

6. Orders & Payment

6.1 Order Placement

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery restrictions to your pincode.

6.2 Payment Methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹10,000. Additional payment methods may be added in the future. All prepaid transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our detailed Shipping & Delivery Policy for complete information including delivery timelines (3-10 business days depending on location), shipping charges (Free shipping on orders above ₹999; ₹99 for orders below ₹999), serviceable PIN codes across India, and order tracking information.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge by contacting us before dispatch. After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.

8.2 Cancellation by GLAMORA Cart

We may cancel orders due to product being out of stock, pricing or description errors, delivery address not being serviceable, suspected fraud, or force majeure events. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

9.1 Return Timeline

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9.2 Refund Timeline

Prepaid Orders: Refund within 5-7 business days to original payment method after return is received and inspected. COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days after return is received and inspected.

10. Prohibited Items

In accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations, GLAMORA Cart does not sell: drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances; weapons, ammunition, or explosives; counterfeit or pirated goods; lottery tickets or gambling-related items; adult or obscene content; tobacco or alcohol products (without appropriate licenses); or any items prohibited under Indian law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and photographs, website design and layout, and software and code is the exclusive property of Integrixel Computing Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GLAMORA Cart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLAMORA Cart, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:

Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days as per applicable regulations.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. The "Last updated" date at the top will indicate when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
